About Us

We are the Smith Family, comprised of Josh, Kathryn, and Macsen.

We were looking for a house so we could make a tranquil sanctuary to retreat from our bustling city lives, we decided to invest in a second home in Wales, a region deeply rooted in Kathryn's family history. This choice was driven by our desire to establish a welcoming haven for both our own family and their loved ones, a place where cherished memories could be forged and made.

On a July afternoon in 2015, as we embarked on a leisurely drive from Kathryn's parent's house, as we drove down the road we spotted the Hollies. we loved its appeal as we love older houses. We took some photos and arranged to come see it the next day.

Although its current state was a far cry from the resplendent dwelling you see today, We saw beyond the rough exterior and interior and recognized its untapped potential.

Without hesitation, we submitted an offer for the property grabbed ourselves a bargain, and set forth on a transformative journey. This did take some time to do but we think we have elevated it into a haven of unparalleled beauty and tranquillity. With unwavering commitment, they spared no expense, to craft an idyllic retreat where they could unwind, escaping the demands of our hectic London work lifestyles.
